Qualifications & experience
* At least a year of Recruitment Experience ideally doing volume hiring for BPOs and non agent roles
* Someone who enjoys learning new roles and interviewing for different types of positions
* Can work independenly up to minimal supervision
Tasks & responsibilities

* Sourcing for Qualified Candidates using different platforms
* Conducting interviews online or over the phone to screen applicants
