Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative - Sales (CSR) to provide top-notch support across multiple communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-first mindset. Experience with inbound and outbound calls, upselling, telemarketing, and CRM tools like Salesforce or Citrix is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
* Provide solutions to customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
* Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM tools like Salesforce, Citrix, or similar platforms
* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns
* Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to offer accurate assistance
* Customer Service Sales
Qualifications:
* At least six months of experience in a customer service role
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in solar energy is preferred.
* Residency in Bulacan, Philippines is a plus.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
* Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
Preferred Skills:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls
* Upselling products and services
* Telemarketing or sales experience
* Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Citrix, or similar platforms
