Lead Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Working Hours: US Time Zones (PST - EST)
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of analytical frameworks to support business goals
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data projects
* Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics models

* Mentor junior analysts and ensure high standards in data quality and storytelling
* Recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights
* Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
* Strong command of SQL and Python/R for analysis and modeling
* Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
* Proven track record of leading projects and teams
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders
Tools & Technology
* Python, SQL, or Scala
* Apache Airflow, dbt, or equivalent pipeline orchestration tools
* Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
* AWS, GCP, or Azure
* Kafka or Spark (advantageous)
* Google Workspace
* Slack, Zoom, Jira, and other remote collaboration tools
