Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
* Manage cross-departmental teams, align responsibilities, and drive results.
* Ensure timely and budget-friendly execution of multiple complex projects.
* Proactively assess and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth delivery cycles.
* Engage confidently with executive stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
* Uphold quality and compliance benchmarks across all project deliverables.
* Mentor junior project managers, strengthening internal delivery frameworks.
* Utilize tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Asana for project tracking and documentation.
You Bring
* 710 years of experience in Project Management, especially in banking, finance, or enterprise technology domains.
* Proven record of delivering high-value projects with strategic impact.
* Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
* Strong budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to navigate challenges, resolve conflicts, and ensure project momentum.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.
Educational Background & Certifications
* Bachelors degree in IT, Business Management, or related field.
* PMP®, PRINCE2®, PMI-ACP®, or Scrum Master certification preferred.
