Core responsibilities:
* Sorting and processing of supplier invoices (ISL)
* Assisting Accounts Payable Manager with accounts inbox management and with answering incoming accounts phone calls (internal and external queries)
* Assisting Accounts Payable Manager with payment batching Bank and credit card reconciliations
* Administrative support for the finance team Completion of supplier credit applications
* Assisting the finance team to answer and respond to both internal and external payment queries
* Supplier statement reconciliation Retention record management
* Process staff reimbursements and track against project budgets as necessary
* Processing of overhead invoices in collaboration with Finance Officer
* Prepare monthly client statutory declaration in collaboration with Finance Officer
