Role: AI Solutions Developer
Location: Porto (Hybrid)
Required skills:
* Experience in AI solution development, testing, and research.
* Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), including defining, developing, and testing MCPs.
* Experience creating, testing, and maintaining AI Skills and reusable AI components.
* Understanding of AI agents and their integration into business and development workflows.
* Ability to research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and solutions.
* Experience creating technical documentation, including HOWTO guides and implementation guidelines.
* Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and the ability to contribute to the definition of new development processes.
* Ability to collaborate with technical teams and support the implementation of AI development standards.
* Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate an AI Developer Community, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration.
* Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for new agents, MCPs, and AI-powered solutions.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
* Passion for innovation, automation, and improving development efficiency.
