Position: Operations Analyst
Number of hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: CST
Tasks required:
* Gather, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
* Assess current workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and improve client service.
* Work with legal tech solutions, CRM systems, and case management software to enhance productivity and workflow automation

* Monitor financial performance, billing trends, case cycle times, and other key metrics to improve profitability and firm efficiency.
* Support operational initiatives, including process improvements, new system implementations, and strategic planning projects.
* Ensure adherence to legal industry regulations, data security standards, and internal firm policies
* Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to enhance operational strategies and implement best practices
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or a related role (experience in a law firm or professional services firm preferred).
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
* Experience with legal technology, CRM, and case management software is a plus.
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
