Staff Engineer - INFOR M3 Functional Consultant (Supply Chain)

* Responsible for business process analysis, solution configuration, user support, issue resolution, testing, training, and continuous process improvement. Skills in procure to pay workflow is added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

* Configure and support Infor M3 non-finance modules such as Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Supply Chain.
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and system configurations.
* Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and go-live support.
* Work closely with technical teams on integrations, APIs, ION workflows, and EDI processes.
* Conduct user training, prepare process documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
* Participate in implementation projects, enhancements, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Must have skills:

* Infor M3, M3 Supply chain module (Expert).
* 5-7 years of experience in Infor M3 functional consulting.
* Strong knowledge of Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehousing processes.
* Experience in Infor M3 configuration, troubleshooting, and business process mapping.
* Good understanding of ION workflows, integrations, APIs, and reporting.
* Experience in UAT, end-user training, and stakeholder management.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred
* Experience with Infor CloudSuite/M3 Cloud.
* Exposure to data migration, EDI, and implementation projects.
* Infor M3 functional certifications in Procurement, Warehousing, or Supply Chain.
