Job Responsibilities
We’re looking for an FP&A Specialist who wants more than maintaining spreadsheets — someone who wants to improve systems, automate reporting, and turn financial data into clear business insight.
* Build and improve weekly and monthly P&L reporting, reforecasting, and business planning
* Analyze deviations vs plan, identify risks and opportunities, and drive actions, not just insights
* Create management-ready financial presentations covering P&L, KPIs, and cash burn
* Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Leadership, Accounting, Treasury, and BI
* Improve FP&A processes end-to-end: clarity, speed, accuracy, automation
* Help establish a culture where every dollar spent is driven by the business plan
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
* 5–6+ years of experience in FP&A or similar financial roles
* Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Experience in e-commerce, tech, or fast-growing environments is a strong plus
* Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and structured in your thinking
* Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
* Strong communicator — you can turn numbers into clear business narratives
* Builder mindset: you improve what exists instead of accepting the status quo
