Responsibilities
* Oversee a team of employees and monitor their performance
* Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members
* Set team goals, objectives, and performance metrics
* Monitor team productivity and ensure targets are met or exceeded
* Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance
* Collaborate with other team leaders and stakeholders to achieve overall company objectives
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
* Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
* Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the financial services industry
* Strong knowledge of FX and CFD markets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Ability to drive performance and motivate team members
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
* Japanese speaker and able to understand English
