Digital Marketing Account Manager

And we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Acting as the primary client-facing point of contact to manage and build relationships across multiple accounts.
Analyzing campaign performance and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Managing and coordinating campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
Interpreting data using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and working with Shopify for eCommerce-related marketing.
Preparing and presenting campaign performance updates and reports to clients.
Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or expand services within existing accounts.
Ensuring client deliverables and follow-ups are completed on time.
Coordinating with internal specialists or teams when additional support is needed.
Required Tools
Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook Ads Manager)
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Shopify (for eCommerce-related marketing)
Standard SEO tools/platforms
General client reporting and project management tools
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in Digital Marketing Account Management, specifically within an agency setting managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Strong client-facing and relationship-management skills.
Proven experience analyzing campaigns, KPIs, and digital marketing strategy.
Hands-on knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Shopify.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and identify account growth opportunities.
Expert-level English communication (reading, writing, and speaking/near-native).
Technical Requirements:

Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
