What You'll Be Doing
* Work with warm and cold leads in the Croatian market
* Winning back ex-clients
* Reach clients using phone calls & email, and WhatsApp communication
* Present the Jooble product & cover client questions
* Work with CRM (Salesforce): log all interactions in the system, search for new leads in the old database, analyze the sales funnel
* Customer research & feedback: identify client needs & blockers, share insights with the product team, achieve individual sales targets.
Who We're Looking For
* At least 2 years of experience in sales
* Fluent Croatian (to communicate with clients)
* English proficiency level: Intermediate and higher (spoken and written to communicate with the team)
* CRM experience
* Strong communication skills️
* Computer literacy (G Suite, AI tools, etc)
* Experience in B2B sales and HR-tech, job boards, or related fields is a big plus
