Position: Telemarketer
Number of hours: 20 hours/week
Schedule: Sydney, AU
Key Responsibilities
* Contact and engage warm leads to introduce services and move them toward conversion
* Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads through the sales process
* Assist in data mining and sourcing contact information (phone numbers, leads).
* Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads and schedule appointments or close deals

* Clearly explain services and handle basic objections professionally
* Maintain accurate records of calls, notes, and outcomes in CRM or tracking systems
* Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
* Coordinate with the sales or operations team for smooth client handoff
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in telemarketing or sales
* Experience handling warm leads and converting inquiries into customers
* Experience or knowledge in data mining, lead sourcing, and finding contact numbers
* Background in the cleaning services industry is highly preferred
* Proven ability to build rapport and close deals over the phone
* Experience using CRM tools or call tracking systems
* Goal-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
* Strong English communication skills (clear, confident, and persuasive)
