Key Responsibilities
1. Global Brand Positioning & Rebranding
Define and execute a clear, compelling global brand narrative for Zhihuya/Testnet in the context of the AI revolution.
Resolve current brand ambiguity by establishing a unified identity that resonates with international markets.

2. Online Marketing & Demand Generation Strategy

Take full ownership of overseas online PR, Marketing, and Demand Generation.
Leverage cutting-edge technologies, including AI Agents, to optimize marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Build a robust online operational system that drives measurable traffic and engagement.
3. Business Enablement (SLG & PLG Support)
For SLG (Sales-Led Growth): Generate high-quality leads and provide direct performance support to sales teams. Focus on converting marketing efforts into tangible business results.
For PLG (Product-Led Growth): Establish the overarching brand framework and narrative logic. While PLG teams handle execution, you ensure their messaging aligns strictly with the global brand strategy.
4. Team Building & Organizational Design
Build a high-performance overseas online marketing team from scratch.
Consolidate scattered marketing capabilities currently distributed across various functions (e.g., extracting PR responsibilities from existing structures) into a centralized, efficient unit.
Foster a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
1.8–15 Years of Experience, bringing a blend of maturity and fresh perspective.
2.Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from top-tier universities (985/211 in China or equivalent globally). STEM backgrounds are preferred.
3.Global Exposure: Must have overseas study or work experience, demonstrating strong cross-cultural communication skills and an understanding of international market dynamics.
4.Industry Expertise: Deep familiarity with the AI industry or SaaS sector. Proven success in building brands from 0 to 1 in these fields.
5.Track Record: Experience working in both large tech companies ("Big Tech") and startups. A portfolio showcasing successful overseas marketing campaigns similar to those seen in leading AI startups (e.g., Manas-style aggressive, innovative marketing tactics).
