Salary: PHP 25k - 35k / month
Job Description:
* Plan, spearhead, and execute periodic activities for employees that can foster camaraderie, teamwork, and other areas of interest.
* Work with other departments in identifying areas for improvement to increase productivity and efficiency.
* Build relationships with team leadership and staff.
* Track and maintain departmental timelines and events.
* Support other HR functions if needed (employee documentation, liaise with other external providers, etc.)

* Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
* Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related courses.
* Must have at least 1 year experience in Human Resources handling Employee Engagement.
* Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
* Requires strong accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills.
* Ability to work effectively with a team.
* Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
* Must have strong interpersonal skills.
* Must be highly organized, sensitive to timeframes and deadlines.
* Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection.
