Role: Full Stack Developer (Frontend & Backend) | AU-based client
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Summary:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join their fully remote engineering team. The employee will contribute to the development and enhancement of our proprietary AI-powered software platform, working alongside experienced engineers and PhD-level data scientists to build innovative solutions for international clients. This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, collaborative, curious, and eager to learn. You'll work in a modern cloud-based development environment, participate in agile ceremonies, and contribute to both frontend and backend development while delivering high-quality code.

Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, test, and maintain both frontend and backend components of our in-house software platform.
* Build and deploy applications within an AWS cloud environment.
* Work from assigned tickets through completion, following established engineering workflows.
* Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
* Submit pull requests for peer review and incorporate feedback before production deployment.
* Collaborate closely with software engineers, PhD-level data scientists, and cross-functional teams.
* Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, engineering meetings, and technical discussions.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
* Continuously learn new technologies and contribute ideas to improve products and processes.
* Maintain documentation and collaborate using modern development tools.
Qualifications:
* At least 3–5 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer, with hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development
* Strong knowledge of frontend and backend development principles, frameworks, and technologies.
* Hands-on experience working with AWS Cloud Services.
* Proficiency in Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and ticketing systems.
* Experience creating and reviewing pull requests and participating in code review processes.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
* A curious mindset, with a willingness to ask questions, receive feedback, and continuously learn.
Preferred Experience:
* Experience developing cloud-native applications.
* Familiarity with Confluence, Slack, and modern engineering collaboration tools.
* Experience working on AI, machine learning, or data-driven software products.
* Experience collaborating with data scientists or research teams.
