We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant / Financial Controller to support UK trading entities and holding companies within a multinational finance organization.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in UK accounting and statutory reporting, with exposure to US GAAP, audit, tax compliance, and shared-service accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage accounting and financial reporting for UK entities.
* Prepare and review statutory financial statements and reporting.
* Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
* Coordinate external audits and provide required documentation.
* Support US GAAP reporting and corporate accounting requirements.
* Work with tax teams on UK tax compliance.
* Oversee and collaborate with shared-service accounting teams.
* Identify and resolve accounting and reporting issues.
* Utilize systems such as HFM and BlackLine.
Requirements
* 5+ years of relevant accounting/financial control experience.
* Experience supporting UK legal entities in a multinational environment.
* Strong knowledge of statutory reporting and audit processes.
* Experience with US GAAP.
* Experience with HFM and/or BlackLine preferred.
* Knowledge of tax compliance and shared-service accounting models.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Fluent English (spoken and written).
* Polish language skills required.
* Must be based in Poland and able to work UK/European core business hours.

Duration: 12 months
Work Arrangement: 100% remote
