Position: E-commerce VA
Number of hours: 10 hours/week
Schedule: New Jersey Timezone (EST)
Key Responsibilities:
* Create, optimize, and upload product listings on Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
* Upload, format, and manage product images, videos, and other media.
* Monitor and update stock levels across platforms.
* Assist with order tracking, fulfillment coordination, and returns processing.
* Conduct product and keyword research to identify new opportunities (preferred but not required).

* Optimize listings to improve ranking, click-through rate (CTR), and conversions (preferred but not required).
* Stay updated on platform guidelines, policies, and new features.
* Generate and maintain reports using spreadsheets and inventory management tools.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an E-Commerce VA or in a similar role.
* Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify Admin, and TikTok Seller Center.
* Strong understanding of SEO for product listings and marketplace algorithms.
* Familiarity with inventory management tools, spreadsheets, and reporting.
* Graphic capabilities are a HUGE plus.
* Experience in Shopify Design and Development is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
