Job Responsibilities
As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will:
* Deliver 100% telehealth therapy to a population ranging from children to young adults.
* Conduct clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning through our Care Dashboard.
* Manage a caseload that fits your lifestyle (minimum 5 hours/week).
* Specialize in low-acuity cases focusing on ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
* (Optional) Transition your existing private clients to our platform for an improved compensation rate.
Required Qualifications
* Licensure: Must hold an active, independent clinical license for the state of Arizona (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist).
* Experience: 2+ years of experience specializing in children, adolescents, and family dynamics.
* Clinical Skills: Strong foundation in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and evidence-based practices delivered via telehealth.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software.
* Bilingual: Spanish fluency is a significant plus.

Compensation
* Independently Licensed Masters Level Therapists: $60 – $80 per hour
* Licensed Psychologists: $80 – $90 per hour
