Above all, we're looking for a sharp, creative problem-solver who can build trust with clients through clear and structured insights. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in government relations, corporate affairs, strategic communications, or management consulting and hold a degree in business, economics, political science, international relations, communications, law, or a related field.

What you will do:

* Lead project work, including workstream structuring, research, presentation to clients and ensuring all deliverables are up to the highest quality

* Mentoring and developing junior consultants

What you will bring

* Eight or more years’ experience in consulting, government relations, public affairs, or corporate affairs, of which at least two spent in consulting

* Excellent interpersonal negotiation and communication skills

* A flair towards building network

* Excellent command of business English

* Flexibility and adaptability to constantly changing priorities

* A dynamic, self-starter, resilient and autonomous attitude with an appreciation of diversity and value of teamwork

* A problem-solver, with high energy and a passion for finding solutions and creative thinking

* Experience in digital economy and healthcare desirable
