What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):
* Act as central administrator for the MAGTF C2 COTS software portfolio across fielded, lab, test, and training assets.
* Ensure all software license assignments are approved by the PM MAGTF C2 representative (currently the PSS Team Lead).
* Draft license management procedures for Government approval and perform the administrative and tracking tasks supporting COTS license management.
* Establish and manage the procurement timeline — maintain configuration status, license expiration and renewal schedules, and purchase order status trackers.
* Produce COTS portfolio cost forecasts (including fair share allocation) and regular software utilization and accounting summaries from the PMO-approved tracking tool.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):
* Demonstrated history of delivering software license, asset, or procurement tracking — 4 years' relevant experience per the Staffing Matrix.
* Bachelor's degree.
* Active DoD Secret clearance with ADP-II/IT-2 (T-3) eligibility.
* Advanced spreadsheet skill and genuine comfort owning a recurring reporting cycle.
Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
* Experience with COTS license renewal cycles or IT asset management tooling.
* Familiarity with Government procurement workflows and purchase order tracking.
* Exposure to DoD sustainment or product support organizations.
* Detail-oriented to the point of mild obsession — this role rewards it.
