Position: Xactimate Expert
Number of hours: 30-40 hours/week
Schedule: New Jersey Timezone (EST)
Tasks Required:
* Prepare and complete detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate software.
* Interpret scopes of work from adjusters, contractors, and other documentation sources.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure estimates meet quality and compliance standards.
* Review and analyze documentation (photos, sketches, reports) to support estimate creation.

* Provide written summaries and justifications for each estimate as needed.
* Stay up to date with pricing changes, software updates, and industry best practices.
* Ensure timely delivery of estimates and revisions in accordance with project timelines.
Requirements:
* Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Xactimate software is a MUST
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Excellent writing, documentation, and organizational skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and reporting
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates or projects
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus
* Background in property insurance, restoration, or construction industries
* Familiarity with estimating guidelines and insurance claim processes.
