Responsibilities
* Assist in the hiring process by sourcing, screening and shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates for the Tech department
* Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring
* Focus on candidate experience, ensuring fast and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
* Collaborate with hiring managers to effectively manage their expectations and ensure successful hires
Requirements
* 3+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience
* Experience hiring for Technical positions
* Experience conducting competency-based interviews
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including Upper-Intermediate English
