We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Track & Trace Operator with logistics experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries, and resolving any transportation-related issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of logistics operations.

* Track and monitor shipments from origin to destination to ensure timely delivery.
* Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to provide real-time updates on shipment status.
* Identify and resolve transportation delays or issues by coordinating with stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate records of shipment statuses, delays, and resolutions in the system.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
* Proactively address potential disruptions in the supply chain and escalate concerns as needed.
* Generate and analyze reports related to shipment performance and key logistics metrics.
* Assist in optimizing routing and delivery efficiency.
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding shipment inquiries.

* Work schedule:
Monday - Friday: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST
