About the Role
At SummitNext, we're expanding into the Hong Kong, Taiwan and China markets, and we're looking for a Mandarin-speaking Lead Generation Executive to join our team. You'll identify and engage potential clients in these regions. Because you'll be speaking directly with Chinese-speaking prospects, fluency in Mandarin is essential for this role.

* Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails and online channels, focusing on Hong Kong, Taiwan and China.

* Research target companies and decision-makers to build a strong lead pipeline.
* Introduce our services to prospects and arrange meetings for our sales team.
* Keep accurate records of leads, calls and follow-ups in the CRM.
* Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
* Report on pipeline progress and market feedback.
Requirements
* Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written). This is required to engage clients in the Hong Kong, Taiwan and China markets.
* Good command of English.
* Experience in lead generation, telesales, telemarketing or inside sales is an advantage.
* Confident on the phone, persuasive and target-driven.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
* Must be based in Sabah or Sarawak, with a stable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
