Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM.
* With full-cycle Fusion SCM implementations.
* Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
* Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively and manage client relationships.

* Gather requirements, analyze gaps, and recommend SCM solutions.
* Support Oracle Fusion SCM implementations (design, configuration, testing, go‑live).
* Configure key SCM modules: Inventory, Order Management, PIM, Supply Chain Orchestration, and Procurement.
* Deliver user training and prepare process documentation.
* Provide post‑implementation support and troubleshoot system issues.
* Ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, and timeline expectations.
