Customer Care Representative with German 🇩🇪
We’re looking for an experienced B2B Customer Service / Customer Care / Order Management professional to support German-speaking customers within an international organisation.
Location: Warsaw
What will you do?
• Act as the main point of contact for B2B customers in the German-speaking market
• Process and monitor customer orders in ERP/CRM systems
• Coordinate order fulfilment with Sales, Logistics, Finance and Supply Chain teams

• Support payment-related issues and maintain accurate customer data
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
What are we looking for?
✓ 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Care, Order Management or a similar role
✓ German – C2
✓ English – C1
✓ Experience with ERP/CRM systems
✓ Experience working in an international environment
✓ Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is an advantage. BPO, Shared Services or consulting backgrounds are also welcome.
