Senior Solution Architect
Rate: Up to 170 PLN/h (net + VAT)
Work Model: Hybrid (75% remote)
Location: Gdańsk or Warsaw
Contracting Party: Optiveum
We are Optiveum, a trusted IT recruitment and contracting partner. Currently, we are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join the team of our client—a prominent organization in the banking sector.

What you'll be doing:
Lead architecture across domains
* Define and evolve the architecture vision, principles, and roadmap for Data Products and Domain APIs.
* Align business capabilities, data assets, APIs, and technology platforms across multiple delivery streams.
* Oversee end-to-end solution architecture and coordinate the work of embedded software architects.
* Identify interfaces, data flows, and cross-domain dependencies, guiding teams in evaluating solution alternatives.
Drive data product excellence
* Establish patterns and standards for domain-owned data products to ensure they are discoverable, trustworthy, and governed.
* Clarify data ownership, boundaries, quality expectations, metadata, and lifecycle responsibilities.
* Partner with stakeholders to maximize the value and safe use of data across the organization.
Shape the domain API landscape
* Define API-first architecture principles, design standards, governance, and integration patterns.
* Ensure APIs are secure, scalable, resilient, observable, and easy for consumers to use.
* Support event-driven and service-oriented integration approaches where they provide clear value.
Build resilient, delivery-ready solutions
* Define functional and non-functional requirements for availability, performance, security, and scalability.
* Build and maintain the architectural runway needed for sustainable delivery and future change.
* Enable Continuous Delivery and DevOps through pragmatic design guidelines and automation.
Collaborate and influence
* Work closely with Product and Solution Management, engineering teams, and Enterprise Architects.
* Communicate complex architecture decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Mentor architects and engineering teams, fostering collaboration and decentralized decision-making.
Requirements:
* Significant experience in Solution Architecture, Domain Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a comparable senior role.
