- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for trainee and permanent roles.
- Provide support and mentorship to candidates during their onboarding phase.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align hiring needs with role requirements.
- Maintain recruitment records and documentation.
- Monitor the performance of hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Skills and Qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and technologies.
- Good negotiation and active listening skills.
- Confidence, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Understanding customer service requirements is a plus.
Program Details:
