Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, HR management, and talent development. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to attract, retain, and develop top talent within FL and our portfolio companies.

* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
* Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
HR Management:
* Handle day-to-day HR matters, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
* Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Talent Development:
* Design and implement training programs to upskill and develop team members.
* Identify learning and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with business managers.
* Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
Employee Engagement:
* Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in HR management, recruitment, and talent development, preferably in the learning and talent development department.
* Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
