Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
* Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and design compensation planning processes.
* Configure compensation templates, eligibility rules, guidelines, budgets, and reward statements.

* Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment with organizational compensation strategy.
* Manage integration with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Payroll systems.
* Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and SuccessFactors implementation best practices.
* Provide strategic input on leveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for cloud-based HR transformation.
* Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.
* Mentor and guide a team of SuccessFactors consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Drive change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.
Required Skills:
* 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, with at least 5 years in Compensation.
* Strong hands-on experience in configuring SuccessFactors Compensation templates and guidelines.
* Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and SAP CPI.
* Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and People Analytics.
* Knowledge of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP transformation models.
Preferred Skills:
* SAP SuccessFactors certification in Compensation.
* Exposure to related modules like Employee Central, Performance & Goals, or Variable Pay.
* Experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Build Apps for HR process enablement.
* Knowledge of global compensation compliance and audit requirements.
