The salary listed is based on data from Berlin, Germany, however, we are open to any location in Europe. Salary offered will vary based on location & skillset of the candidate.
For candidates who demonstrate full readiness for the defined scope of the role, the typical starting salary is 85,000 EUR per year in Germany. Offers below this point reflect candidates we believe can grow into the full scope of the role with support and development. Offers above this point reflect impact that meaningfully exceeds the role’s defined expectations or an expanded scope from day one.
This range is the base salary alone, this position will come with a variety of benefits & a 10% annual performance based bonus.
We may be open to unleveling the position as well, we do encourage all to apply!
