Follow Up Pet Nutritionist/ Customer Service REMOTE

Position Purpose

As a Follow Up Pet Nutritionist/Customer Service at Farmina North America, you will be responsible for driving sales through supporting pet parents to manage the health and well-being of their pet. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about pets and nutrition. You're equally organized, efficient, and a self-starter that is looking to grow with Farmina in North America. This position will report to our Customer Service Manager in North America.

Requirements

* 2-3 years' experience in customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Administrative and analytical skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Ability to work under pressure while handling high volume workload
* Able to work independently
* Bachelor’s degree preferred

Key Responsibilities

* Support a minimum of 40 pet parents daily by providing solutions while ensuring the pet parent is satisfied.
* Learn to identify customer needs to recommend the appropriate product and service offerings.
* Respond to customer queries via phone, email, SMS, etc.
* Provide clients nutritional and product support including but not limited to sending custom feeding plans (nutritional plan), creating condition sheets, and invite users to download the Farmina Genius App.
* Assist Senior Customer Care representative with other follow-up related projects.
