Key Responsibilities

* Maintain customer master data across ERP and business systems.

* Create, update, validate, and inactivate customer records in accordance with company policies.

* Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems and regions.

* Perform regular data quality reviews and identify opportunities for data cleansing.

* Support customer onboarding processes and verify required documentation.

* Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Credit, Tax, Compliance, and IT teams to resolve data issues.

* Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data governance standards.

* Analyze master data trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.

* Support system implementations, integrations, migrations, and testing activities related to customer data.

* Provide input into the development of master data procedures, work instructions, and training materials.

* Monitor and resolve master data tickets within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

Education & Job-Related Skills

* Bachelor’s degree

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Professional, courteous, and tactful approach

* Ability to work effectively in a global corporate environment

* Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage

* Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and develop new skills
