Outsourcing Staffing Advantage (OSA) is seeking an experienced Civil 3D Site Engineer to support residential and multifamily development projects in New York. This role requires strong hands-on civil engineering experience, with the ability to independently design site grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility systems. This is an advanced engineering position, not an architectural drafting role.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare site grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility plans using Autodesk Civil 3D.
* Develop existing and proposed surfaces, contours, profiles, and feature lines.
* Perform runoff, cut-and-fill, drainage, and stormwater storage calculations.
* Design storm sewer networks, drywells, infiltration systems, and detention/retention facilities.
* Prepare construction drawings and revise plans based on engineering review comments.
Requirements
* Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Civil 3D and civil site development.
* Proven ability to independently perform engineering calculations and site design.
* Solid knowledge of grading, hydrology, drainage systems, stormwater management, and utilities.
* Experience with U.S. projects and familiarity with New York stormwater requirements is preferred.
* A PE license is not required, but candidates must have the technical skills and engineering judgment of an experienced site engineer.
* Candidates with drafting-only experience are not suitable for this role.
