Solution Architect

Responsibilities

* Demonstrates basic understanding of advanced automation tools where it is used in product and how to change properties or troubleshoot

* Understands when and why specific programmatic solutions are leveraged for customization

* Adeptly use of declarative platform security tools, understanding of how these are used within, and to extend product functions

* Configures most product features independently

* Displays ability to marry workbook or analytical output to nCino configuration

* Understands nCino primary data model and how best to extend

* Possesses adept troubleshooting ability using deliberate configuration changes and smoke testing

* Adeptly uses Salesforce Platform automation and data integrity tools for product expansion

* Exhibits adept use of nCino user experience (UX) implementation tools and mechanism and understands how the tools compliment Salesforce application security

* Conducts nCino feature quality control and testing

* Uses complimentary tools as introduced by nCino

* Demonstrates high level understanding of common integrations

* Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance work efficiency and optimize business operations by automating routine tasks to improve accuracy, save time, and minimize errors.

* Utilize AI-driven insights to refine decision-making, elevate customer experience, and boost team productivity while ensuring its application provides measurable value, driving innovation and smarter ways of working.

* Stay informed on AI advancements to drive continuous learning and scalable growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Required:

* Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience/ proficiency; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

* 2+ years Salesforce.com architecture experience

* Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Administrator Certifications

* Experience with the analysis, definition and implementation Solution, Information, Technical, Application Architecture based solutions

* Knowledge/Experience of various data encryption methods

* Passion to deliver the high quality solution to banking customers with an all-in commitment to what we do

Desired:

* Experience with AutoRabit, Copado, SFX

* Experience with Smartsheet, Jira

* Position may require some travel
