Position: Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist
Number of hours: 15-20 hours per week
Schedule: Canada Time
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
* Monitor campaign budgets, CPL, ROAS, leads, conversions, and other key performance metrics.
* Manage and maintain HubSpot tracking, lead attribution, and campaign data.
* Support the development and optimization of landing pages, forms, and lead-generation funnels.

* Monitor lead generation and conversion performance across paid search and paid social campaigns.
* Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign results.
* Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and campaign issues proactively.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall marketing performance.
Requirements
* Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
* Proven experience in lead generation, conversion tracking, and performance marketing.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify optimization opportunities.
* Strong reporting skills and experience working with performance metrics such as CPL, ROAS, leads, and conversions.
* Experience with HubSpot is strongly preferred.
* Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets.
* Familiarity with landing pages, lead funnels, paid search, paid social, and email nurture campaigns.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot tracking or campaign issues.
* Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of campaigns, and managing priorities with minimal supervision.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
