Work Schedule
* Day shift: 9:00 AM/10:00 AM to 6:00 PM/7:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct in-depth market, user, and product data analysis to uncover opportunities and address product gaps
* Develop innovative ideas that drive user growth, engagement, and business performance
* Create comprehensive product specifications and perform scenario analysis to support data-driven decision-making
* Convert product vision into detailed user stories, requirements, and prototypes
* Prioritize initiatives based on customer needs and business value
* Partner with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to coordinate feature development and ensure smooth delivery
* Evaluate product performance and recommend improvements based on user behavior and analytics
Qualifications
* 13 years of experience in product management or product marketing, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment
* Strong technical understanding, including familiarity with SQL or hands-on software development experience
* Skilled in project management and analysis using tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly across teams
* Strong user empathy combined with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Proven ability to manage end-to-end product development and cross-functional collaboration
* Self-motivated, organized, and capable of taking ownership from concept through execution
