Key Responsibilities.
* Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks.
* Handle bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial data management.
* Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
* Generate financial reports and assist with accounting-related tasks.
* Organize and maintain accounting documentation.

* Collaborate with the client to support ongoing accounting and operational needs.
Qualifications.
* Proven experience using QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop).
* Strong background in bookkeeping and accounting support.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
* Must be comfortable working via remote access on the client's computer.
* Strong understanding of data confidentiality and security practices.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Must be available during EST business hours.
