Role: PostgreSQL Database Engineer (OpenShift)
Location: Porto, Hybrid Portugal
Required skills:
* 5+ years of experience
* Proven hands-on experience running and managing databases on Kubernetes
* Strong expertise in PostgreSQL in production environments
* Experience with HA/DR architecture and persistent storage in Kubernetes
* Practical background in CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
* Familiarity with Kubernetes security practices: RBAC, secrets management, network policies, encryption
* Experience working in shift-based or on-call operational models
* Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively at both technical and business levels
* Experience with Terraform
* Experience with Ansible
