Position: Accounting Support Specialist

Number of hours: 20 hours/week
Schedule: GST

Tasks required:

* Manage and update financial records in QuickBooks (Bills, Invoices, bank entries, closing journals)

* Reconcile Shopify and Amazon information over to Quickbooks

* Perform GAAP-compliant revenue and expense matching

* Maintain and update inventory tracking using Google Sheets

* Complete account reconciliations and financial reporting

* Support day-to-day accounting tasks and ad hoc duties as needed

* Other accounting/audit related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

* Background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

* At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role

* Experience with Shopify and Amazon seller operations is required.

* Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online

* Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

* Strong attention to detail and time management skills

* Excellent communication skills in English
