We are growing rapidly and searching for experienced candidates for the position of data support. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. * May act as lead, scheduling work, resolving escalated issues, reporting information to management

* Identifies reoccurring and potential problems, formulates and implements process/controls and documents for prevention
* Provide all levels of technical support on system issues
* May be responsible for evaluation and scheduling of software upgrades, testing PTFs and general maintenance of system tools
* Coordinate with business product developers and report back to group on any new enhancements or product releases
* Constant review of application environments, notification of potential risks and implementing corrective measures
Qualifications for data support
* Good understanding of recruiting process
* Experience with a dimensional data model supporting a business intelligence and reporting environment
* Proficient in designing multi-dimensional databases
* Ability to interact with and support a data warehouse
