Position: Graphic Designer
Number of hours: TBD (Project Based)

Responsibilities:
1. Design & Creative Development
* Create visually compelling graphics for digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, websites, and print materials.
* Develop design concepts, mood boards, and layouts that align with brand guidelines.
* Produce marketing assets such as banners, presentations, infographics, and promotional materials.

2. Branding & Visual Identity
* Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design outputs.
* Support development of visual brand systems, style guides, and design frameworks.
3. Collaboration & Production
* Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
* Translate creative briefs into high-quality design concepts.
* Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with printers or external vendors as needed.
4. Innovation & Tool Expertise
* Utilize latest design tools, including
* Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
* Figma, Canva, and other UI/UX platforms
* AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E)
* Stay up to date with current design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects.
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern AI design tools.
* Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and creativity.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
