Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities:
* The SAP TM Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of Transportation Management (TM) module deliverables on SAP Distribution engagements, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications.

* The consultant assists clients in the selection, implementation and support of SAP solutions which naturally include design, configuration, and testing.
* Other activities could include configuration of the SAP TM module, assessment of client business problems, conducting the analysis to solve the problems, administration of engagement activities (e.g., creation
* Responsible for the successful delivery of the SAP TM module related deliverables in SAP and S4 HANA implementation, support and upgrade projects to meet engagement objectives and budget
Requirement:
* Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
* Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work
* Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.
* Consistently engage with the clients, interpret their requirements, staff projects while managing the communication flow throughout
* Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company is an asset
Must-Have Certifications
* SAP TM Certified
Experience & Background
* B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA
* 2 to 4 years of SAP TM experience.
* 4 to 6 Years of Overall SAP Exp
