Position: General Virtual Assistant
Number of hours: 10 hours/week
Schedule: UK Time
Tasks required:
* Create, schedule, and publish content for company pages (website, social media, etc.)
* Provide administrative support including inbox management, data entry, and internal coordination
* Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats (e.g., quotes, short posts, infographics, etc.)
* Manage and update social media pages and website content regularly

* Assist in creating visual content using tools like Canva
* Monitor engagement and analytics across platforms to optimize performance
* Coordinate social media campaigns and giveaways
* Develop and manage the company newsletter (content planning, scheduling, and sending)
* Research and implement ways to educate the audience about the surveying industry
* Stay updated with social media trends and propose relevant strategies
* Perform internet research, transcription, and other ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, and social media platforms (especially Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
* Basic knowledge of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
* Ability to write and edit content for diverse audiences
* Eagerness to learn and understand the surveying industry
* Comfortable with multitasking and prioritizing tasks with minimal supervision
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and creative mindset
