DVT is looking for an AI Specialist who can embed within software delivery teams and turn AI opportunities into working solutions. The emphasis is on configuring, combining and adopting available tools and agents to improve the SDLC, rather than building every capability from scratch.

Join DVT on a high-impact client engagement and contribute within a collaborative, delivery-focused technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Observe team workflows and identify practical AI opportunities.
* Configure and implement AI tools, assistants, skills and agents.
* Introduce AI-assisted approaches across development, analysis, testing and documentation.
* Create reusable prompts, workflows and implementation patterns.
* Support users directly, troubleshoot adoption challenges and refine solutions.
* Help teams measure value and sustain new AI-enabled ways of working.
* Capture lessons before moving on to enable the next team.
Required Experience & Skills
* Hands-on experience applying AI tooling within the software development lifecycle.
* A software engineering, automation or technical delivery background.
* Practical knowledge of AI assistants, agents, prompt design and workflow integration.
* The ability to learn a team’s context quickly and implement fit-for-purpose solutions.
* Strong coaching, communication and change-adoption skills.
* A delivery mindset focused on usability, value and responsible implementation.
Additional Experience
* Experience with GitHub Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI-based tooling, Cursor or comparable products.
* Exposure to agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation or AI automation.
