Of Counsel Attorney
* Handle litigation
* Give Accurate and timely counsel to executives
* Keep up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function
* Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics
* Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies
* Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues

* Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
* Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
* Deal with complex matters
* Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility
* Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
* Specifying internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
* Doctor of Jurisprudence
* Licensed to practice law in the State of Kansas
* Exceptional communication skills (oral and written).
* Ability to work through complex issues.
CHARACTERISTICS:
* Ability to represent the company in various forums to foster the desires and image of the company in the community.
* Dependable, ethical, and trustworthy.
* Professional image at all times.
* Strong desire to provide exceptional customer service
* Self-starter and able to work independently.
Pay:
* $100 an hour
