DVT is looking for an AI Lead to drive the practical adoption of AI across software delivery teams on a key client engagement. You will embed with teams, understand how they work, identify high-value opportunities and shape an effective AI-enabled software development lifecycle using the best combination of available tools, skills and agents.

Join DVT on a high-impact client engagement and contribute within a collaborative, delivery-focused technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess team workflows and identify where AI can improve the SDLC.
* Define a practical AI-enabled delivery approach for each team.
* Evaluate and combine available AI tools, assistants, skills and agents.
* Lead implementation, adoption and responsible-use practices.
* Guide technical stakeholders on integration, governance and measurable value.
* Establish reusable patterns and lessons that can be carried into subsequent teams.
* Coach teams through change until new ways of working are embedded.
Required Experience & Skills
* Proven experience leading practical AI adoption in software delivery environments.
* A strong software engineering or technical delivery background.
* Hands-on understanding of AI coding assistants, agents and workflow automation.
* The ability to evaluate tools objectively and design fit-for-purpose solutions.
* Strong facilitation, stakeholder management and change-adoption capability.
* A pragmatic focus on implementation, outcomes and responsible AI use.
Additional Experience
* Experience with GitHub Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI-based tooling or comparable platforms.
* AI governance, developer enablement or AI Centre of Excellence experience.
