* Translate customer, business, and technical insights into clear requirements, user stories, and sprint-ready work.

* Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions through agile development practices.

* Drive the evolution of Remote Support, Remote Access, and AI-powered support experiences, including automation and agentic workflows.

* Define success metrics and use product data, customer feedback, and operational insights to improve adoption, quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

* Align stakeholders across the organization on priorities, trade-offs, roadmap execution, and release readiness.

Requirements

* 3+ years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role within agile software development.

* Strong experience managing backlogs, defining requirements, prioritizing work, and driving cross-functional delivery.

* Ability to translate customer needs, business objectives, and technical concepts into actionable product requirements.

* Familiarity with AI-powered products, workflow automation, or agentic experiences, including responsible AI considerations.

* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

* Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, remote support, IT operations, security, or related technology domains.

What we offer

* Competitive compensation and bonuses

* Flexible PTO and paid holidays

* 401(k) with employer matching

* Comprehensive Health insurance package including 100% employer-paid medical coverage

* Up to 12 weeks of Parental Leave

* Basic Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, 100% employer-paid

* Quarterly teambuilding events, leadership luncheons, and companywide “All Hands” meetings

* Open door policy and business casual dress code

* We celebrate diversity as one of our core values. Join c-a-r-e and lead change initiatives together with us!
