Media Buyer (FB) | Partner Company

In this role, you will be responsible for:

* Managing large-scale advertising budgets with a focus on performance, profitability, and sustainable scaling.
* Optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple GEOs, adjusting strategies based on market specifics.
* Developing and testing non-standard approaches to generate high-quality traffic.
* Collaborating closely with the team, contributing to knowledge sharing, and supporting team growth and development.

What we’re looking for:

* 1+ years of experience as a Media Buyer in the iGaming industry.
* Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads (Meta).
* Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $60,000+.
* Strong understanding of key performance marketing metrics.
* Results-oriented mindset with ownership of performance outcomes.
* Willingness to test new angles, creatives, and scaling strategies.
* Experience managing a team of Media Buyers or an established media buying team.
* Experience working across multiple GEOs with the ability to adapt strategies to different market specifics.
* Strong optimization and campaign scaling skills with a proven track record of delivering profitable results.
